Using brain organoids as a tool to explore neurodevelopmental disorders or for drug screening in the central nervous system. Investigating dynamic changes in brain synaptic connections, abnormal expression of neurodevelopment-related genes, and neuronal loss or damage in pathological conditions such as autism and Parkinson's disease. Providing a neurobiological basis for the treatment of Parkinson's disease and autism. 4）Establishing a patient-derived tumor organoid bank in vitro for further in-depth research on tumor progression and drug screening in patients.
