洪登礼 研究员

洪登礼,男,研究员 PI,上海交通大学医学院“细胞分化和凋亡教育部重点实验室”医学干细胞课题组组长。致力于研究干细胞在生理和病理性niche中的功能和基因组稳定性及克隆性演化,成果发表在Science、Cancer Cell、Cell Stem Cell、Leukemia、JCI等杂志。最重要的贡献是,第一次鉴定了前白血病干细胞(Hond D,et al. Science 2008),可能成为有效预防白血病的途径,被认为是肿瘤研究 的重大突破,被世界各大媒体和Nature等杂志报道。延伸研究提出了肿瘤干细胞的克隆性演化模型(Anderson K,et al. Nature 2011)。近期,在白血病骨髓首次发现治疗诱导微环境(therapy-induced niche),可能成为治愈白血病的靶点,在Cancer Cell杂志发表后(Duan C,et al. Cancer Cell 2014),其亮点被Nature Reviews Cancer和Cancer Discovery等杂志报道。最近研究表明,以胚胎造血特异的调控因子fev的表达作为生物标志物,可以判断儿童白血病是出生前起源(Liu T, et al.  Leukemia 2016)。
