陈佺,男,博士学位,中国科学院动物研究所研究员,博士生导师。科学院“百人计划”、“长江特聘教授”,国家杰出青年基金获得者,中国生物物理学会常务理事、膜与细胞物理专业委员会副主任;中国细胞生物学会常务理事,中国生命科学学会联合体副秘书长,亚太线粒体研究和医学会副主席;2001 - 2011 生物膜与膜生物工程国家重点实验室主任、副主任;1993年中科院动物所博士毕业,先后在英国Manchester大学和美国Cleveland Clinic Foundation从事细胞凋亡和癌症生物学博士后研究。1999年获美国癌症研究会青年学者奖。获2005、2006年度中国科学院“优秀研究生指导教师”奖和2011年谈家桢生命科学创新奖,第七届全国优秀科技工作者(2016)。近年来,在国际主流杂志 Molecular Cell,Nature Cell Biology,Nature Communications,Autophagy,Oncogene,Cancer Research,JBC, Clinical Cancer Research和 Hepatology 等杂志发表论文80多篇。获得专利7项。课题组得到国家自然科学基金委杰出青年基金,基金委重点基金,科技部973项目和科学院重点项目、先导专项的支持。现任FEBS letters杂志编委,Cell Research、JBC 杂志编委会成员,Cell Death Discovery副主编。

研究方向:集中研究线粒体在细胞凋亡调控中的关键作用和线粒体自吞噬的分子调节,研究线粒体功能异常在神经退行性疾病如老年痴呆和帕金森综合症发生中的关键作用。探讨肿瘤干细胞在肿瘤发生和肿瘤转移中的关键作用。
