席建忠,北京大学教授(终身教授),博士生导师。国家杰出青年基金获得者。1996年毕业于北京理工大学化工与材料学院,2000年在清华大学生物系获得细胞与分子生物学硕士,2004年在加州大学洛杉矶分校获得生物医学工程专业博士学位。2005年,加入北京大学工学院生物医学工程系。目前担任中国化学会化学生物学专业委员会委员、国际材料学会(Material Research Society)和国际生物物理学会(Biophysics Society) 会员、中国医药生物技术协会生物芯片分会常务委员、中国生物医学工程学会生物医学测量分会委员、中国医师协会临床精准医疗专业委员等职务。是ScienceJACS等多个国际知名杂志的审稿人。

席建忠教授在化学、生物、微电子加工等多个领域,有良好的海内外教育与工作经历,是前沿交叉研究领域难得的领军人才。主要从事功能组学技术的研发,在新药靶点、活性分子筛选、药效评估动物模型等方面,取得了突出成绩,在 Nature, Nature Biotechnology, Nature Cell Biology, Nature Communication, PNAS, Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., 等专业杂志,发表 40余篇高水平学术论文;相关工作在国际同行中引起广泛关注,多次被CellNature等杂志上文章正面引用,两项技术已经在上百家实验室推广使用主持或承担过国家级课题15项,其中,自然科学基金 6项,973课题 3项及863课题3项。申报6项国家发明专利,其中2项授权。在成果应用转化方面,席建忠教授实验也取得良好的进展。研发出一系列原创性自组装细胞芯片、TALEN等技术平台,已经为赛诺菲、雅诗兰黛等国际知名企业和清华、北大、中科院等数十家科研单位提供有力的技术支持。
